I got a fuel pressure test kit from Autozone this weekend but haven't had a chance to actually do anything. I believe that I have found the EST wire you are talking about.

I plan on working on it tonight to test the pressure but I am not sure if I will get time to.

it wasn't very far off but it did help to unplug that wire. it was idling very high and now its a lot smoother but still has trouble when i hit the gas.

In checking the fuel pressure, it seems that it starts right at 10psi if I'm reading the gauge right. Also, I never got the code 42. It does seem to be running a lot better through right now. Once I plugged the est wire back in, it idles pretty high.
