I’m on a budget, so I’m trying to stay all GM. If I get a tbi from the same generation big block, will it feed it sufficiently, is it plug n play? I am looking for reliability and longevity. Any advice would be appreciated.

Almost, you'll need the IAC adapter. If I get a tbi from the same generation big block, will it feed it sufficiently, is it plug n play?
Unfortunately he passed away in July and they shut down.just get yourself a bored-out small block TBI from R.V. Morse Machine.
^^^This, here's a chart with PNs and flow of most stock injectorsbig block throttle bodies will have higher pressure injectors if it's from a 94 or 95 model. Those run 26~32 psi off a higher pressure pump. Earlier years run the same spec as a small block TBI.

yeah and he had a nice AFPR with gauge kit reasonably priced too. IDK if SPR Performance will take a TB and bore it for less than their $530 one but, keep in mind it comes with flow matched injectors, new calibrated TPS and AIC, "ultimate mods" including shaved throttle blade shaft, FP spring of your choice, yada yada yada.Wow; that's a bummer to hear. Didn't know the folks, but sucks nonetheless. Going with R.V. was the cheaper way to get the good bored-out throttle body
