Alright guys, I was poking around under the hood of the truck today and realized it is much different then my '93 TBI. Here are some crappy cell phone pics of parts I would like some info on. Asking you guys is cheaper and quicker than the old Haynes manual
What is it and what does it do:

First part has this white wire hanging out unattached to anything

Says "press button to reset". It is in the air intake just outside the air filter box:

There is a "tube" next to the throttle linkage, not sure if it is missing something or if it is suppose to be open like this:

Thanks in advance guys:handshake:

I've got the 4th picture- inside that housing is a spring and a flat washer doodad. As your engine draws air, it creates a vacuum. If your air filter is too constricted (or plugged) it will pull the spring down and a green (I think green) line will come into view on the side of that. Then you know it is time to change your air filter.

Just a dummy addition for the idiots who don't ever check their air filter and have no clue to tell if it is dirty or not.

So when you change air filters you just push the button to reset.

From the pics, abs module, pcm, maf sensor and air filter contamination indicator.

Last pic is too dark and fuzzy for me to make out on iphone....

Pictures 1, 2, and 3 and your ECM's Computers.
Picture 4 is your air filter gauge, they stop working after a while so don't rely on it.
Picture 5 is your Mass Air Flow sensor, that tube really needs to be hooked back up, Surprised the truck even runs right.
Picture 6 looks like a vacuum line.

wowza- until those other guys said something I didn't even notice that- yeah dude, hook your air intake back together! Your truck is sucking unfiltered air- how long has it been doing that?? Might not hurt to change your oil...
