Brake lights. Turn signal and reverse lights not working

Brake lights and turn signals don't work...third brake light works but no reverse on it and driver side reverse light does not work

What have you checked/tried so far?

There are fuses for tail/stop lights - check those.
There are grounds to check under the bed that go to the frame. Clean those.
If you have a trailer harness for your hitch, check/wiggle that. Bypass to see if the lights work
Check the bulbs and make sure the right bulbs are being used
Brake light switch - adjustment or failure

After all that, we can suspect the circuit boards possibly going bad but my money is on one of the above.

Back under the bed by the driver side tail light there is a plug also that connects the tail lights to the harness
Might have come loose
