I purchased these several years ago, and never opened the package. I have the forged lower arms, and I'm pretty sure these are for the stamped arms.

Lower control arm bushings have sleeves included, the uppers use the metal parts from your originals.

They should fit both forged and stamped 4x4. 4x2 bushings are different and would be p/n 7-205.
