I'm glad you got your brakes figured out. Now you just need a Jeep drive shaft to clean up that area just a little more. In reading the thread you were following to do the delete, the guy who wrote it mentions in another post that theres a brake line that needs to be ran to your old rear drum line on the frame. Is that something you did? Seems like just a simple delete the controller and dump valve then plug your lines back in.Well, we have a resolution!
So someone told me the S10 prop valve might work. Tried it, no go. After a bit of thinking, I had a crazy idea. I flipped it backwards, bolted everything in and now the truck feels amazing. Apparently the bracket is backwards on the S10 but it's still the same prop valve. So now, truck has great brakes again and no more RWAL ABS to bug it out. No more air in the brakes either, it feels like a new truck!

Thanks for the info man. After my ls swap I'm gonna want that extra stopping power.I just basically deleted controller, dump valve and then plugged the lines back in. I’ve had no issues since. Lol
I just noticed that your truck is a 91. I just wonder if this would work on a 96 plus with the Kelsey Hayes. Could you remove the K H and replace it with a simple valve system like this. Any body know ?
That is what I was thiking. I am not having any issues with my brakes, but just wanted the info for future issues. The ABS in these trucks arnt anything spical, so doing a delete is not like your realy loosing anything. As long as mine is working Im not going to fool with it, but if it fails, I will remove the system. Thanks for the info.Kenny, if you remove the 4 wheel ABS and plumb you truck like any truck with out ABS you will not have any problems. Folks that do the RWAL delete are just going to a standard braking system. Make sure that you plumb the master cylinder correctly. On disc/drum systems the large reservoir ( closest to the booster) is for the front brakes.
