they are? i changed mine out in a half hour and it was like 50 bucks...

Like he said they are cake to change with a 5.5mm and 7mm sockets...and I can't see a heater core being over 40 bucks at the max

Ah ic i was told they were like 3 hours of work and 150 bucks.. but no biggie I fixed the issue. Did some research around some other forums and found that dexcool coolant is really sensitive to dirt and air. Turns out my radiator cap was pretty dirty so i cleaned the **** out of it and voila! Problem fixed.
