Anyone know where I can get replacement motor?

I'm assuming you mean the driver's side power window motor?

If so, according to Wholesale GM Parts Online there are two available for a '96 C2500. One with a straight connector (19151982) and one with a 90 degree connector (19153451). Number 61 on this diagram.

Both are still available for purchase new.

Looks like that part was never sold separately by GM, but instead as part of the seat riser assembly (15975329). Which is discontinued, unfortunately.

You might try checking car-part.com and row52.com for seats. These are services that index salvage yard inventories across the USA. Car-Part is full service yards, Row52 is U-Pull-It type places.
