No they don't have to be changed. You move all the suspension forward, swap to a shortbed gas tank and driveshaft, cut the back of the frame off, you could also flip the rear hangers for a free small lift while you are at it.

this is 130 PSI. i've never had more than that in the truck. excuse the poor cell pic quality..

normally i just keep it high enough to clear the fenders in a turn.. but i was goofing off when this pic was taken lol

Just wait until you have larger wheels and tires, the bag will compress more and you will get more bag stroke and use all the effective lift ratio that is there and it will really lift up high. Pics look great BTW!

makes sense... it cambers in front differently with the 15s on it.. because the tires are taller than these 40 series 17s.
