I'm replacing my gauges with some aftermarket ones and having trouble with the wiring. Havent found a wiring diagram that was right so far. Also, frankenstein's monster, as I like to call my truck is just that. Im pretty sure the dude I bought it from has a 4l60-e in it which I believe is why I can't locate a vss buffer behind the glove box or around the driver side wiring. Arent the 4l60-e's speed sensor stuffs on the case or extension housing? So far I have tach, water temp, battery voltage and fuel gauges working but nothing for the speedo and my oil pressure is wacky. Says im running 84-95 oil pressure which I know isnt right. I've replaced the oil sender unit twice to try and fix it but its still showing the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
