Newbie
New to me 97 Sierra. No speedo. No tach. No fuel. No oil pressure. Lights look ok. Battery looks like it moves. Temp moves. I see a lot of threads about it and have tried to read them all but I have what I hope is an easy question.
Is the panel somehow marked original to the truck? Would I be able to tell if it was a replacement?
The reason I ask is I reached up to give the dash trim a little tug and it practically fell off in my lap. It's very loose so my guess is that it has been off a few times. No modifications on the truck though.
I was thinking of re-seating the panel before digging in. Thanks for any guidance. Happy to be here.
