700R4 inplace of 4L60E

Tried to search, didnt come up with much, was wondering if this is possible.

could i put a 700R4 inplace of the 4L60E in my 1993 K1500, and run a PCM out of a Manual trans truck?

What do you guys think?

I don't see why you couldn't. I'm assuming you have a 5 speed truck and want to go auto?

No... My truck has a 4L60E and I wanted to replace it with a 700R4.

Doesn't matter anyways, I'm scrapping the truck.

You wouldn't even have to run a manual ecu, it might throw some codes on the dash but that should be it.
