Might get better responses on LS1tech, they have a pretty good knowledge base on LS cam swaps over there.
That said, depending on mileage you may want to go ahead and drop a set of replacements in there to try and avoid the "sewing machine" that some get with cam swaps. Should also put in a fresh set of lifter trays so you have less of a chance of spinning a lifter. Pushrods will require measurement with the new cam and lifters installed to check the valve train geometry and wipe pattern on the stem. Short of measuring with the components installed, I can't speak to whether you will need new pushrod and, more important, what length to use.
