305/70r16s stock wheels or buy a set of0s

Just bought a 98 sierra 4x4 stock suspension and it has 20x9s with 275/55s. I wanns swap a guy for a set of z71 wheels with 305/70r16s will they fit?

305/70s are cooper mts 50% tread
Also could swap for a set of 17x9 mickey thompsons classic II with almost bald 285x70s
Or stock 17s he painted black with 285/70 terra grapplers with 50% tread

What do you guys think? I really dont like all the wheel of a 20 inch wheel
