Trucks back in order.:: working and shifting well. Guess it was something mechanical... not what I expected at all

So the new trans is in or the old one went back in?

New one (used one just new to me) went in. Old one is our probably will sell it as a core

went to go grab the truck today... wont start. tried boosting for 20 mins turns over well.. healthy amount of black puffs, cant year any clicking for the glow plugs, the WTS light comes on but cant hear anything past that

guess ill have to go out there later this week after nights with ether... shhh.... i know...

My dad's was a turd when the weather got cold, we dumped can after can down it's throat to fire it up on cold winter mornings and it didn't seem to care.

Nice. I believe mines a combination of **** plugs, and the battery terminals were also loose before I realized that it was too late.. so hopefully just won’t need it after this

If it isn’t one thing it’s another.... I remember why I went to an NNBS as a daily lol. What group batteries do we need? I have upgraded side posts so no need for tops.
