1997 Sierra k1500. Need ideas for more customizing. Help!!

I got a custom exhaust on it already. True Dual flowmaster super 10's. Im thinking about putting hi-flow cats on it and going with some hedman hedders. How much lift does your truck have total?

Not quite sure because it came with a 3 inch lift and then I added 3/4 ton springs. I can give you fender measurements if you'd like
