My trans did that when I swapped the 4L80E, repinned the trans connector, but hadn't swapped the trans segment yet. That PCM and harness are from a 4L60 truck I assume?

Harness is. I got the PCM and VSSB from online order specific for my tires and 4.10 ratio.

Just tested some wires using a dummy harness I had.

TCC Solenoid= Good 25 Ohms reading, no clicking sound when 12v+G applied
3-2 control Solenoid= Failed Ohms reading/infinite, no clicking sound when 12v+G applied
1-2 Shift Solenoid= Good 21 Ohms reading, can hear clicking sound when 12v+G applied
2-3 Shift Solenoid= Good 21 Ohms reading, can hear clicking sound when 12v+G applied
Pressure Control Solenoid= Good 4 Ohms reading
Trans Fluid Temp Sensor= Failed Ohms Reading/infinite

Thoughts? Should I replace some stuff?

From where did you measure? A new trans internal harness is a popular thing to replace with a rebuild. I did on mine as I broke a tab on the plug when removing it.

Try testing the 3-2 and the temp sensor either at the trans, or maybe up at the PCM. You might have accidentally checked the wrong wires.

new vssb, ecm, and loaded a different set of files into TunerPro RT. I can see a lot more info now. Looks like Shift Solenoid A isnt responding. But since i know i can manually activate it from the transmission Ill have to look at the wiring. I must have a short somewhere. PCM is reading the gear selector based on the pressure sensor properly. Its shifting the B solenoid just right. Ill have to look at the wiring once she cools down.

Could very well be the solenoid itself. Or perhaps you broke the clip on the plug?

The soleniod has a good ohms reading and i can hear it clicking when i apply 12v and ground thru it. Once this rain passes thru this weekend ill check the wiring

Ok heres what ive discovered. Is the PCM not commanded 1st gear. Ive used 2 different pcms. I was able to get 1st for a little then hoped into 2nd at take off. What parameters would keep the pcm from going into 1st?

Even with the transmission unpluged the pcm is sending ground to only solenoid B
