Burned out my 4l60e... again

My 93 ld2500 crapped out my 4l60e again and this time I decided to rebuild it myself. I'm in the middle of the teardown to find out that out of 8 check balls in the valve body I had 7, removed the top half of the valve body and found number 8 where it should be (que sigh of relief) only one...

Wont start

My buddy has a 1990 suburban with the 350tbi, I know its a squarebody but the engine and fuel system is set up the same way as the 88 to 94 trucks. has fuel from the pump and all the way to the throttle body with good pressure, has spark because it fires up when you pour fuel down it, has...

Lost 1st and 4th

1993 ld2500 4l60e, I lost 1st and 4th. I replaced the A and B Solenoids only to test the old ones afterwards and find out they were still good the trans is only a few years old and was rebuilt with extra clutch packs, the fluid looked good but I changed out that and the filter, what are my next...

No 12v constant on my aftermarket radio

It's a 93 silverado, had the geek squad over at best buy put in a Kenwood single din radio a few years back, now the damn thing won't turn on. The yellow wire on the original harness is getting 12v for the ignition but none of them are getting constant 12 volts, the radio fuse under the dash is...

Truck runs like junk only when in the throttle

So my truck is a 93 k2500 with the throttlebody 350, when I but it in drive, if I'm hard on the throttle after a stop sign or pretty much at all it backfires from the exhaust and bogs down to pretty much stalling. Then when I let off the throttle comes back to life, on the freeway it won't go...

Light duty 2500

So, 93 2500 but it's the light duty so I'm a 6 lugger, if I buy a lift online like pro comps stage 1 or super lift's 6" x 6" do I get the half ton lift or do I have to call in and ask specifics?

Front diff size?

I have a 93 silverado k2500 light duty with the 14b sf rear and 3:73 gears. So here comes the question, what type of front diff is stock with that setup and what front gears should I run if I'm looking at swapping 4.56's in the rear
