    parking brake light on, then turns off

    Very common on these...try pulling up on the e-brake pedal next time it comes on. Bet ya it goes off. They tend to sag a bit over the years and make the light come on. My ex-wife's truck did this, never found a cure...So, I got rid of her.....and the truck haha!!

    Cool.....you have to be really careful on these cars. Most are rusted out in some fashion or another. I love my 89 RS 6.0/4l60 swapped Camaro. :) Oh yeah...Be prepared to bend over on parts for this car..they are high as giraffe poon!! Especially Interior parts.

    Yup..like the others said...They should polish right out. Might try some 2000 grit wetsand and then 2-3 stage polish. If you dont have the product though..find a buddy that does. The price of the 3M products alone will cost more than the new housings lol

    10k is not white....no way no how. 4300 is simulated daylight (white) Brightest output 5k Very very small amount of blue tint 6k slight tint blue 8k very blue 10k Extereme Blue/light purple 12k Deep purple Anything over 8k is a waste of light output and pointless and just puts off...

    OH HELL yes!! Exactly what I was wanting to do on mine. Got any pics of it on at night? Also, have you experienced any issues with the light from removing the heat sink area on the back? Just wonder about it overheating.

    Cool...good to know. The easiest route now will be to have the X pipe installed. See how that goes. If it does not fix it I will likely just do a whole new system other than re-use the mufflers.

    Cool keep us updated man..Like you said if the harness is hacked up and such, you might be in for a lot of gremlins. Make sure that none are touching heat sources too...very possible one is getting burned through and causing the issue.

    I agree...I just hate the "clattery" or clapping sound it makes on WOT or heavy throttle...sounds so cheap. I have never had an exhaust sound so bad with good mufflers lol. Kind of at a loss.

    Looks fixable...even if the horns are bent they can be fixed on a frame straightener..just be aware you might be putting more into the truck than its worth when said and done...but if you love it and plan to keep it go for it!

    Sounds like it could be the crank pos. sensor...but it really sounds like it is in dire need of a good tune. could be that they have the wrong MAF sensor on there, some people swap to a bigger one or different type and the motor is searching for more or less air and it just runs like...

    I guess I figure if it comes up on search here it should work...if it does not work, it really should be deleted as it is useless info and a time waster for everyone looking to take care of something on their own you know? Just my thoughs
