Up until today my headlights functioned normally... Today when I turn the key on the headlights come on with the switch in the off position. They go off with the key now.

It's a 97 Sierra.
About a month ago I installed HID'S with projectors but it's been working perfectly until now.

Any ideas?

I think you should have DRL if the truck is running and the emergency brake isn't on. That's how my '99 Yukon is anyway.

Right...lol I totally agree. Never had DRL's until today haha!

I just pulled fuse # 15...just found it odd that it never worked until today magically ...weird!

I guess I have DRL's too. I've only had the truck for a couple months, but the headlights are always on. I'd like to be able to turn that feature off.
