On a slightly related note, while trying to find that link, I found one of my unlisted unicorn wantsies. '99 C2500 E55 Burb with the 6.5, and in one of my favorite other colors. Meadow Green Metallic. In nearly mint shape, other than it needs some mechanical work.
Being as texas truck I bet there aint a spec of rust on it. To bad I live in the wrong part of the country.

Texas trucks may be rust free but I've definitely seen my fair share cross the auction block and they definitely got rode hard and put away wet. That Suburban definitely looks well maintained though

Not meaning to thead-jack, but it's my favorite color combo, just needs a motor and trans, and the interior cleaned up and new carpet.
Spruce Metallic, Stone grey interior, everything seems to be mostly intact. All electrical seems to be intact, and seats are original without excessive wear. 250k, has title, E55, carpet is a biohazard, otherwise near perfect.

Guess we'll see on Saturday if it's as fixable as advertised. Grandpa saw it and liked it, and he knows I'm good with these trucks. He has an '08 Nissan Frontier with the V6 that is 2WD, but wants a 4WD for inclement weather. And since we're basically done with that for this year, he expects I can rehab this Denali in 6 months. Provided we finalize the deal on Saturday.
