This video has corny music and he’s using sone poor tools but it looks like the Vibrant brand kits come with different inserts to be sure you can trick the computer into being happy.

Does that o2 sensor location also go for the 99 CA emissions style y-pipe and exhaust setup that the suburban had

I do not know about that but what I do know is that v6 vortec and 305 vorec are single cat single exhaust and 350 vortec and 454 vortec are dual exhaust and dual cat to the muffler and switch to single after the muffler

If the tuner guys are being a little touchy, or cagey about deleting out certain ECM functions. It is a violation of EPA regulations in eyes of EPA. That's why they cracked down on a few tuner businesses. I think the EPA is kinda " testing the waters " to see how much pushback or if it enrage congress, with fining or bringing a law suite against tuner performance parts business. I hope they get crucified. Them and CAL CARB . There insane on one hand they say how good were doing, on the hand changing the rules writing harsher and harsher rules.

if you really want a 2 for 1 do a 0411 swap and tune it instead of the black-box pcm

How are you supposed to tell blackbear you want that done when all they do is immediately act like you’re committing an emissions law crime yeah I want to make my exhaust the way I want. Yeah I might run headers. Yeah I’m gonna drive it on the freeway or locally .. No it’s not off-road but do I just say it’s off-road

I spoke with them earlier today about this, and they were all sketch about the way I was asking about going from CA emissions to a federal tune

it is a pcm upgrade it is more tune-able and faster the it is used on late s10s early ls engines and it was used for a few years on full size vans that were early ls engines but what makes it so great is that around 2000-2002 the full size vans had the l31 5.7l 350 vortec 8th vin # digit letter R and used the 0411 pcm
