If you're daily driving, DOT3 is all you need. Wagner DOT3 is $2 for a 12oz can. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wgb-fc134280

If you're racing, you want to consider how often you'll be bleeding the fluid and consider both the dry and wet boiling temperatures.
I like Wilwood 570. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wil-290-0632
My team captain prefers Motul 600, and it's come down a bit in price lately. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtl-100949

DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 are all compatible. If you make the switch to DOT5 you'll need to thoroughly flush your lines.

How about impossible meats? I watched a deep dive video on that new trend the other day and its insane how terrible those fake meats are for you and for the environment.
Like this abrupt EV transition. Most electricity is still produced from petroleum, batteries produced from slave labor mines and its own impact on the environment. And, a resource China controls. Never mind a Grid that struggles with the current strain of its use, without everyone plugging in an EV. Seems like the truth has become a gimmick.
