Assembling pass side shock. Always more fun when you have a buddy helping...at least for some entertainment :)

Passenger front before disassembly...
still have to scrape out all the junk, loose rust, and spray some more rust reformer.

Dad picked up this old hot rod magazine creeper/stool set for $20 at a yard sale as an early B day present. Super cool!

Did some rust reforming in the rear, fattened her ass a couple inches. She looks ready for a big block! (I wish....)

Update
Nothing major as of recent. Mostly been waiting on parts.
Summit shipped the rear skyjacker shocks but one of them was clearly used/returned and was missing the boot and some pieces. They agreed to send another shock without even returning the used one which was nice.
Was able to get the drivers side block and shock installed.
Removed the pass side shock, u bolts and brackets so I could Clean and spray every thing with rust reformer.
Transfer case switch installed, new electric 4wd actuator installed, and new VSS installed. The harness and pig tail connectors are finally in so just need to wire everything up.
Soaking the torsion key bolts w/liquid wrench so I can attempt to give her a slight crank 1.5" or so...Will upload pics soon...stay tuned!

The new shocks feel great! No more bottoming out. Stockish ride but firm when you need it...super happy with them so far.

Electric 4WD Acuator, Transfer Case Switch and VSS all wired up. Man what a difference!
Went for a 20 mile test drive and she rode really nice. Trans shifts fine now (definitely was a bad VSS), and finally got my 4Lo back! (Definitely the TC switch)
Had some rain so the back yard was in perfect condition to test the 4×4. (I did have to install the spacer that comes with the actuator harness but she shifts in 4wd instantly. 4Lo kicks serious ass by the way!
