So who can tell me why djm kit 2057-57 won’t fit my 1990 c3500 cause djm has no clue. I’ve called them and they keep trying to tell me my suspension falls under the old c30 square body design even though it clearly doesn’t. It’s the same setup as the 91,92,93 and so on. What gives?

No reason it shouldn't fit. Theres always been confusion in the transition years. Technically, the square body designation was R30 for the 2wd from 87-91, and V30 for the 4x4. Though it's still a square truck.
The 2wd 3500 suspension is all the same from 88-98. Go ahead and get it if you want it

Thats exactly what I tried to tell them. But they're stuck on the idea that mine is different even after I said Belltech covers all those years with one kit. They couldn't even tell me exactly what was different. Not sure I want to buy from or support people like that

Go BellTech anyway. Better quality than DJM, especially the flip kit parts.

Woa-wait, WHAT?!

I thought I was limited to DJM because on line, they are the only ones who even list anything for my 93 3500...
Bell Tech site says "no products found for your vehicle" when I fill out their information.

Not sure what all specifics you're selecting but if I pick 1993 Chevrolet C3500 Silverado crew cab rwd 7.4 I get a whole list of lowering components on the Belltech site.

The crew cab 3500 stayed square through 91, along with the suburbans and the full size blazer/jimmy, but the extended and single cab 3500s went to the OBS style. This is where a lot of confusion comes from.

Confusion is putting it lightly lol. I'm just surprised after all these years djm hasn't "figured" it out. They could probably sell more kits if they marketed them properly.

Off topic, @618 Syndicate, i saw your dually in another thread and was wondering, the center caps on your front wheels, are they from a simulator kit? Do they just snap on the the lugnuts? Been looking for something for mine. I'd love to have the factory ones for my year, but can't find them anywhere up here. I can order them from a few places down there, but by time they get here with shipping and exchange, I can dam near buy a set of wheels

Look to me like a regular simulator cap, but they were on it when I bought it. Combined with the white wheels and beauty rings I think they look good.
