GMT 400 old style bumper guard?

I am a fan of these bumper guards like used to be on 73-87 style. I saw them on a gmt400 today but can't find anything online about fitment for this style bumper. Are these modified or was there a run of them?

I notice a "rocky mountain special" under the Z71 decal that I can't find anything on either. Any help appreciated!

You're gonna want to ask @88GMCtruck about those, if I remember correctly they were an option on these trucks or then a dealer installed part, but like I said, Dave knows, I don't, he's got those on his stepside
