I sympathize with vehicular OCD. A guy who managed an auto parts store for 12 years told me today that he'd never heard anyone ask the questions I was asking about brake pads.

Also Hobbs you made me go check my hood release levers. They're both cars. I appreciate you sharing the knowledge, and also kind of wish I didn't know it because it's going to bug me now.

My hood latch handle broke years ago. The Dorman replacement had a car logo. My Autometer pillar pod that I installed back in 09 fit great. Quality must have taken a dump like so many other things.

And the madness continues! I would repaint my old one, but the mounting point on the assembly is busted out on the backside.i suppose I could actually take the handle off of the base.

One of the many reasons why I'm glad I don't do FB. Seems like people have just gotten more out of control on social media sites.
