is that a airbag steering wheel?
Sorry for the delay! Yes it's an airbag wheel. It's not hooked up though. Finding a nice leather wrapped 2500 wheel proved to be impossible! So the airbag wheel it was! Plus I have some audio controls that mount on the airbag wheel. Just haven't installed them yet!

I guess it depends on what color your interior is. If its gray, then gray then gray controls, but any thing else, then black, but black would also go with gray interior.

I like the black. It seems to blend in more with the steering wheel! Mine are black!

Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been away for a while! Been crazy busy with work! Sadly no new updates to report with my truck! Hopefully I can get back on her this fall/winter! I wanna redo the seats with a dark gray insert. Also my door panel inserts are raveling at the edges! Gotta do something about that too. It’s not bad, but enough to piss me off! Here’s a couple recents of her at work and play!

I also gotta chance to grab this pic in town of my old 71. This is the store the truck was bought new for to deliver with! It was in business 80+ years. But after my grandpa passed it was shut down. Too many big box stores to compete with. It was a place for all the old local gentleman to gather and tell lies for the last 20 years it was open! Lol!

How does it pull that camper?
What camper? Lol! It pulls it pretty good. It weighs 5000lbs dry. Granted I haven’t been on any mountain excursions, but I don’t think it would have any problems. 70-75 down the highway in overdrive, with tow/haul on. Doesn’t shift down very often. If it gets hilly I drop it to 3rd.

Hey guys! I know I’ve been scarce here lately! Not much to report. Other than some asshat hit my truck today, and drove off! Going to Lowes in the morning to review the security tapes to see if we can nail the ******* or bastardette! I was out a good ways so it’s doubtful!

On the flip side of things. This gives me an excuse to do something about this rusty bed. For some reason the bed sacrificed itself to keep the rest of the truck from rusting. It looks good and I treated everything but, it’s bugged me from the get go. How do you guys think a step side would look. My buddy has a damn near perfect one I can get for peanuts!
