Hi guys. I've been working on my 7.4 Whipple swap and getting close to done. My kit came with A 2.5" pulley witch I think is the smallest. My question is what size pulley are you guys running and what kinda boost are thay putting out ?

2.5 is small, do you have a 1.6 or 2.3 compressor? 2.3 came with a 3.25" pulley. I'll be going with a 3" down the road.

Mine is the 1.6 compressor. I'm also "trying" to run all the whippletronics and hopefully converting the truck to 0411 pcm down the rd.

I have Whippletronics if you need, though they are for the 2.3. Definitely run the 2.5" pulley with the small compressor, I have a 2.75" on my small block which has the 1.6 and only make 4# of boost at 6000' elevation, so maybe 6# at sea level.
