Does anyone know if a Camaro wheel from a 2002 ss would fit a 92 c1500? I have an opportunity to pick a set cheap and was wondering if the backspacing would work. My truck is also on a 5/7 drop too

Wrong bolt pattern. Chances are that by the time you put an adapter on there the back space will be too much.
