Wheel and tire help

Trying to plan a big purchase such and wheel and tires for my 96 1500. I was thinking of going with a set of Mickey Thompson street S/S with some Bart wheels. Not sure if I got the size right though for the wheels. Need help. The tires I’m running right now are the stock 235/75R15 and the MTs are 275/60R15. I know they’re slightly shorter but I do want wider. This will be a weekend driver.

Here is a great tool to check the diameter of the wheel-it will tell you how close/off you are from stock.

Looks like the size you chose will be 23mm shorter in diameter than the one you have atm.

Yeah I noticed that but I believe I’ll be fine with it being shorter, although I’m not sure if it’ll look weird but I wanted to go with wider tires.

Yeah, definitely will have to look into it more to get the rim measurements right.

You want an 8 inch rim for that tire size.
