What is this plug?

99 tahoe vortec 350 4x4,

Putting it back together.
I'm plugging in all the wires/sensors in the engine bay then I come across this one red connector at the end of the Crank position sensor wiring. I looked around to where it would go but don't see anything.
I've looked around the internet to find and answer or wiring diagram, but I just can't find where this plug goes. Probably cause I'm not using the right words haha.

Its a part that goes on the back of the powersteering pump. Normally people bypass it when it goes bad. There discontinued from gm. Most dont buy it from junkyard

Its was a valve I believe that regulated flow to stiffin steering in city or highway driving.
