What are your favorite rims for off roading?

What's everybody's favorite rim & tire combos? 33s 35s anything! Post pictures!


Wanna see what everyone's favorites/least favorites are... Since I'm in the market for a new set of rims. Christmas money...

Something cheap and steel. Aluminum tends to crack/tear on impact where steel just bends and dents. Bent still holds air and gets you home. Cracked gets you stuck in the woods. I've mostly used old GM truck rallies.

I'm trying to decide on something polished. I have all my trim, as well as a chrome brush guard & chrome step bars. It's just hard deciding on something that will look good and last long!

...and decently cheap.

It's my dd. 80% street. 20% offroad.

It's Texas. I live down backroads, go wheelin' and have to trust that it nothing will break down while i'm out at the deer lease where there's no cell reception and limited tools... haha

Steel rims, beadlocks and rock rings. This combo is bulletproof. Failing that, there are many steel rim options from you. Stay away from aluminum, they cannot be fixed on the trail and are very expensive to replace.
