Weird rattle

I have noticed a weird rattle on my 1994 Suburban. It only happens occasionally and only when it's in drive or reverse with the brake pedal pressed down. It doesn't rattle in neutral or in park and like I said it is only occasional. Have you guys ever heard of this? Thanks.

these trucks are 20 years old! theirs rattles coming from everytwhere!!! lol you're going to have to be more specific that that man!

Mine does that as well on occassion.....it's the heat shield for the cat.,I give it a bang with my hand and it goes away for a few weeks.

I really appreciate the help. It seems to be coming from that area. I was actually thinking of replacing the cat with a Magnaflow cat. I have one of their mufflers and like it just fine. I'm shopping for headers as well. Thanks again for the info.
