v-6 to v8 swap need computer info

installing a 1993 truck SBC 350 with mild roller cam, headers and using the TBI with an elderbrock intake into a 1994 GMC with a v6. what do we need to do to the 1994 emc to make the 350 run. will be using the 1994 auto tran

get a proper PROM tuned for the modded 350 and plug it into your computer i think would work.

That is what we think we can do. but the wiring diagrams for the v-6 is slightly different that the v-8. we do have the ecm from the 1993 but it has a 700 tranny and I want the Over drive. been trying to follow some of the emc threads but they seem to get lost or take a rabbit trail. just wondered if any one had done this with the stock TBI.

700s have overdrive they just arent electronically controlled, in all honesty your best bet might be to ask on gearhead efi.com im thinking you can use your v6 chip with v8 parrameters and while your at it you may as well tune it for you cam intake selection.
