In my experience, nothing. I've seen people say that their dash switches have gone bad, but my Suburban's is still going strong with more mileage on it than your truck.

Just more buttons and wires to fail, that's all.

My Grandmother put like 240 on her Yukon, then I put another 60 on it and the switches never failed. The actuator did twice, but lever's have those also.

That said, I would prefer a lever myself. I wouldn't let it stop me from buying a nice truck.

You guys think there would be much of a difference in MPG between 7.4 CCSB 3/4 ton and 7.4 CCLB 1 ton? I got a line on a garage kept 2000 3500 CCLB with 150k for 9000 obo that the guy says is completely rust free. I've been reading they might get 14 MPG at best tuned up.
