First thing first 1990 gmc c1500 single cab short bed 4.3L tbi. My front passenger signal wont turn on parking lamp nor signal i bought a test light and the actual socket has no power. Idk where to start! Help please my truck looks awful with 3 lights only! Does anyone know what wire is what? I got blue, brown, and black.

Black is ground. The blue wire is the turn signal wire. There is a splice about 8" from the socket that connects the wires to each socket. That is where I would check first. if it's good there, then trace the wires back t the socket. It has to be broken some where in between.
