how do you check transmission fluid on 2004 cavalier

Might want to try a cavalier forum nit a truck forum, though it is a Chevy truck forum. Someone may chime in with your answer anyways. I'm sure someone on here has owned one. Good luck.

For the auto theres a 10 or 11mm plug on one side of the transmission, you remove it while the car is running and if fluid oozes out the level is ok. I would really need to see it to be any more help, I havent checked one in years.

The manual has a check plug facing the firewall I think? Check it when the car is off, shouod be full to the bottom of the check plug hole. Again, it's been years since I've seen one.
