How strong is the ifs setups that obs have. It would be a dd most of the time, and some offroading. And deep snow driving when I can.
In the 4 years of my truck with the ifs lift and 35's I never once broke anything offroad, wore plenty of parts out but nothing ever broke.

Also a little info on my truck, 97 sierra, 14b sf with posi track and 373 gears.
Huge plus that you have the 14 bolt, much better then the 10 bolt

Also does anyone know if the both front tires spin all of the time when in 4x4? As far as rear end is mine good enough, or will I ahve to regear.
There is no locker for the front IFS axle. Regearing will help with keeping the trans temps down, help get back the power lost from the 35's and a little better fuel mileage. I had 4.56 with my 35's and found it ideal for DD and offroading

Can 10 bolts be built up to be a more reliable axle?

Yes, somewhat...an 10 bolt with an Auburn limited slip diff will be much less likely to explode than a G80, but by design it is still weaker than a 14b sf or ff.

I understand that. I was thinking about a Yukon Dura-grip posi

You're running 31's right? I'd say up to 33's the 10b would be alright...bigger than that I'd recommend the 14b

30's. I was just wondering. I hope to soon get an atv or a boat or something to have fun with. MY dad and I have even talked about buying a camper and restoring it

Ive been trying to find some info on this, but have come up short.

Ill be regearing the rear axle from a G80 with 3.42 gears to a 4.10 gear ( with some sort of a limitied slip ) on a 10bolt. Ive found that the IFS is an 8.25 and I know where to get the front gears, I just need to know what front gears will match the rear 4.10 gear? I will still be using the 4x4 alot. Do I want to get as close as possible, like a 4.10/4.11 R/F gears?

Yes, you want the front and rear gear ratios to match if you are going to be using 4x4. If you're gonna have 4.10s in the rear you should try to find that for the front too but I suppose 4.11 would work alright if you cant find 4.10
