Tailight issues no brake/turn sig

My right side turn sig starting flashing rapidly on the dash so i checked it out and the top bulb was not working so i replaced it and no fix. So im assuming its the connector board now. I just want to make sure there is nothing else to check, if it was fuse the other side would be out as well right?

it could be the harness where it plugs into the back light, i had probmems with mine as well. just play with the harness when the blinker is on. i just had to bend some tabs in and it worked fine. good luck
