hi my name is Todd and i have a 1993 GMC ex-cab with a 5.7 and or 350 under the hood.... it is 5 speed but i do not know the gear specs but i know they are crappy. i am looking to lift this thing in about a month or 2... but i want to replace the suspension that a lift kit dose not come with... control arms and ball joints excreta. im here to find out what are the good brands and what is a great product. so please help me out thanks.

MOOG is generally considered one of the best brands for ball joints and other steering/suspension components

ok that a start now dose any one offer both upper and lower tubular a arms?

MOOG is the best bet for steering components, lifetime warrenty plus they do hold up better IMO. There is no need replace the actual control arms but changing bushings would not be a bad idea. Polyurethane bushing are a good upgrade.
