sold my 95 gmc and picked up a 93 ford f250 4x4 7.3 idi 5 speed. its a little rough but had to get a long bed and a diesel for pulling. have some ideas for this truck but this aint the right forum for that lol. anyways i know everyone here is gonna ***** at me for getting a ford but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. heres a couple pics

Well man, shes not pretty, but you cant argue with the anvil like reliability of that powerstroke. You gotta do what you gotta do, good luck with the Ford.

If I'm not mistaken I believe the 93 was turbo non powerstroke but will still take a beating. Does that have groundhawgs on it?

Either way, ya got an international....and they're near bullet-proof. Is it the 7.3?

93 was a solid motor but the power stroke didnt come out til 95. Turbo or non the IFI's didnt make earth shattering power but were serious work horses that just took a pounding. Its not too hard to upgrade to the first powerstrokes and add an intercooler from the second powerstrokes.

For low rpm applications, can't beat the non-turbo'd 7.3. Those engines were beasts!

I like the look of that model fords but hate the twin i beams. IMO dumbest setup ever......

Not sure of the 93, my 89 F250 had the twin I-beam still, which was interesting to see it hooked to leaf springs.
