No it had 2 holes to the left and to the right
And 2 in the middle. I had to line it up and drill then to fit.
But for $69 shipped I am not complaining.

Well it's all sanded and taped up, I will be priming and painting tomorrow.
I decided to go with a blue ish silver Color

You have a pickup flip kit. That's why you were so low. A suburban flip kit has hangers that actually put some lift back into it. without the hangers you get about 8"-9" of drop.

Well that makes sense. I had to put 1" lift shackles on and it gave me around 2 1/2 " from axel to frame so I added air shocks to get another 2" until I get time to notch it.
