I might have 2 from a 96 3500 that had the tripod mirrors bolted to the door. I'll look when i get home tonight.

You can check the dealerships of course, but personally I would go try junkyards and look for OBS's equipped with the tripod mirrors, mostly 2500s, 3500s, and all 3500HDs would have them.
