Removing crappy remote start/door locks.

OK... just picked up a truck, and low-and-behold.... it has remote lock/start. I honestly hate these gimmicky aftermarket crappy setups, so I'm setting about removing it. Any ideas how best to go about it? Between that, the amp and the assocaited wiring, I've got some fun ahead of me...

Just leave it in there and splice around anything that gives you trouble (like the starter)
