Truly Awesome
It's a major disconnect with a LOT of businesses, and has been for decades. For whatever reason, many companies are awful at returning emails. It may be that they don't have someone dedicated to checking/responding, they could be overwhelmed with spam, or.. who knows?I've shot them an email requesting some information when i was considering ordering some door bushings, no reply.
As Caman said, phone call usually gets things handled. Reminds me of when I called Gorilla because I was having a hell of a time finding the part #s on their website for their "System" locks (whole box of locking lugs) for several vehicles. Lady that answered the phone was super friendly and got me the part #s I needed right away. Pretty helpful considering they don't even sell direct. Oh, then passed me along to someone that quickly answered my question about ordering duplicate keys for my existing sets (there was a price difference on the two different labels I had.) Good customer service is such a nearly forgotten old-school concept now; it's nice when you have a positive experience anymore.
