For the last few mornings there has been a coolant leak on the pass side right below the radiator, if the lower radiator hose its good it's either the radiator or the tank on that side? Nothing else it can be correct?

I have the same issue on mine, I have a pin ***** leak underneath the radiator on the driver side. I just replaced all of my radiator hoes. Check the hoses just in case, however If there truly is a leak in the radiator I would replace all of the hoses while you are replacing the radiator.

The radiator petcock for draining purposes is there also.
You best bet is to rent a pressure tester and try to physically see the leak.

My radiator cracked on the drivers side plastic tank. It took a while to find it because it was on the front of the tank.
Of course, I now have a new radiator.

Thanks for the input I'll check those out, the water pump is only 2 years old so I'd think it should be good who knows

+1 on the pressure test, nice to find the leak before it leaves you stranded.

BTW, my heater hose quick disconnect on the manifold randomly burps coolant.
