Problem with connecting obd 2 port 99tahoe

I have trouble making contact with odb port, anyone have any ideas? or someone who has wiringdiagrams?

ok, but seems a bit odd for all work on the car otherwise, maybe the maybe the odb output on the pcm is damaged or shorted?

Only reason I'm comparing Honda to gm is cuz I worked for them and that was usually the outcome. It could be somethin different on gm than Honda and if so someone will chime in and correct me. Did u look and make sure the connectors on both ur trucks obd connector and whatever ur using to hook up with making good contact? Connectors bent? Double check the wiring in both connectors also.

have not had as much time to the car , but trying to connect with the cable set i ordered from obd-2.com I'm working on checking my driver to the connector is good .

problem solved, it was the wrong driver on the usb cable.
everything works now :D
