with this one i used the quick select tool and then created a new adjustment layer and selected color balance

i think i messed with the hue too

What program are you using? If using PS or PSE, give this a try. Try using the pen tool or the lasso tool and make your selection. Then press ctrl+U and slide saturation to far left. Click ok, Then click hue/saturation under the adjustments icon. Then when that box opens, click the box that says colorize. Then you can play with the hue, lightness, and saturation to get the color of choice. That's the easiest way to do a colorchange with favorable results without getting to complicated! Just a suggestion for ya Ken :cheers:
