Im sure this would be really helpful with a scan tool, even without one you can still go through some of the diagnostics. Being that P0171 is not also set:
Check for exhaust leaks on Bank 2
Bank 2 O2 sensor is installed securely and the electrical connector is not contacting the exhaust or ignition
Any vacuum leaks that would only effect Bank 2
If nothing is found to be wrong with the above 4 look at step 7 which notes what I mentioned earlier, checking fuel pressure while running (60-66 psi) and that after shutting off the truck it only varies slightly and then should hold steady in the (55-60 psi) range.
